Never written a review however due to the mixed reviews I was very hesitant to get 4 ear piercings at this location in one sitting. Safe to say I had a great experience. Piercer was knowledgeable, hygienic, hospitable, careful and was able to give experienced piercing recommendations. Hope the next few weeks go smooth however no complaints with the service. Kudos to them.

Do not go here!!!! Pierced my daughters earring on an angle and had to be taken out with now a scar. The owner of the franchise is a rude human being with no remorse and was the one who pierced the earring wrong. Handled my baby with no care - spoke to me so disgustingly with the worst attitude and not even an apology! Told me that they have people coming back all the time to get piercings fixed so would not recommend going here ever!!!! Pretty much laughed in my face about it.
Came in to take my gf to her eyebrow appointment sat down in one of the seats to wait while she was talking at the counter and my gf sat down on the seats across the room and I was smiling at my gf and she was smiling back at me and one of the workers came out and asked me “if I was alright and what I was doing there” in a tone that made it out like I was being a creep cheers guys can’t even sit down also I’m 17 so like what
Has all your percing needs in one place also has other services like waxing highly recommend to all A++++
I had I’m first Brazilian wax with Lucy she was so kind and talked me through everything on what to expect and made me feel very comfortable thorough the whole service
The staff are nice and welcoming. My waxing was done by a girl called Lucy. She was extremely good. She made sure I was comfortable and did a brilliant job.
